I love seeing creatives go from struggling to thriving.
I became a coach because I’ve had a successful 30-year career in photography and I want other creatives to have that opportunity.
I am a trained and certified coach, who specializes in coaching creative clients, entrepreneurs, people who are looking to find that aspirational life/job. As an accomplished creative professional and business owner, I understand the stumbling blocks, joys, and frustrations unique to challenging creative and professional pursuits.
I love working with people who are working on "what's next”. I believe that the most important thing is to intentionally lead your life by looking at what is pushing you forward and which of your beliefs might be holding you back.

I continue to work as one of New York City’s leading architectural photographers.
For more than 30 years, my career has required me to master both the art of photography and the art of commitment. Drawn to the medium from the age of 13, I began practicing my craft with a Nikon F2 that I bought with money I earned mowing lawns. Part of what I loved about the lens was the newfound ability it gave me to illuminate the human condition. That fascination led me to study psychology at Boston University. After graduating, I realized that I wouldn’t be satisfied practicing photography only as a hobby because it was my foremost passion. I deferred my admittance to graduate school and embarked on a lifelong mission to capture the beauty of New York City and its people in photographs.
The first few years of my photography career demanded all the commitment I could muster. Gradually, the challenging days of cold-calling turned into weeks of creativity, which grew into a lasting career. I have been the architectural photographer for many of New York City’s iconic buildings, public spaces, and projects, ranging from the Statue of Liberty to Central Park. From 2010-2016, I was the lead photographer documenting the construction of the new Whitney Museum. I have also been a featured photographer for the New York City Marathon. My clients have included Pen America, Sony Classical, and the Corcoran Group, and I have shot portraits of numerous artists including Wynton Marsalis, Yoyo Ma, Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Pussy Riot, J.K. Rowling, Salman Rushdie, and Isaac Stern among others. My photography has appeared in many influential publications; in 2017 alone, my work appeared in Time magazine and the New York Times. In 2018, I expanded my creative efforts into video; my video montages are currently showing 24/7 on the video walls at 7 Bryant Park.
While I continue to achieve success as a photographer, I’ve never lost my interest in psychology and human nature. In 2015, I spent a year training with the highly regarded Accomplishment Coaching. As an Associate Certified Coach accredited through Accomplishment Coaching, which is a member of the International Coaching Federation, I now work privately with a diverse roster of clients. Over the last few years, I have built a personal development and career coaching practice, giving back to the creative community that nourished me by helping others achieve their potential. Along with my own art, I find a special and different sense of satisfaction in supporting and challenging my clients to push past their limitations and the boundaries of what they think is possible to achieve their greater goals.
