“My work with Ed cannot be qualified through words alone.”

Here’s what my clients are saying:

“After only 3 months of working with Ed, I accelerated my business more than I had in the past 2 years.”

– Kiwi Callahan

After 6 months, I was making three times more money and had moved forward with some creative projects that had been on the back burner for way too long. It’s been less than a year and looking back, I can’t imagine how I could have come this far without Ed’s help. Take it from someone who is a die-hard I-can-do-it-all-by-myself type of person - you will do better than you ever imagined if you work with Ed as a coach.”

When I first met Ed, I was 100% sure that I did not need a coach. I was mostly happy on most days, and I was pretty sure I was on the right track to accomplishing my goals. It took me a year to admit that maybe, just maybe, I could be doing better in certain areas of my life and that it might be helpful to have an outside perspective on how that could be done. I definitely made the right choice.

“Working with Ed was a life-changing experience.”

– Alexandra Kahn

As someone who has been in therapy for many years, at first I wasn’t sure what I would gain from life coaching that I wouldn’t be able to get from therapy. I soon learned that the two could not be more different.

While working with Ed, I was able to take immediate action and make changes in my day-to-day life that I hadn’t believed were possible in the span of two months. Each change takes time and practice, but the realization that I was in control of my own life and could create the change I wanted to see in myself was an incredible gift that I couldn’t have imagined or received without working with Ed.

“Ed Lederman is an incredible coach and a generous human being.”

– Leyden Lewis

His playful strength was very important to me, as he reminded me that he was not the project and returned the focus on my wants and needs. Ed outlined practices that enabled me, through small consistent actions, to yield the results and achieve the goals I set.

I used the tools of our sessions to step out of crisis and into earning consistently as a Director of a department at a prominent NYC design school while running and shifting my own practice. Coaching, as I was reminded at our weekly sessions, isn’t therapy: I am whole and complete in the present to actualize my vision. Nothing is missing. Only the willingness to move forward is required. I highly recommend any individual from any walk of life to sit and connect with him and allow their “abundance strategy” to grow and be honed in collaboration with Ed Lederman coaching.

“An exciting new endeavor dropped into my lap last year and within days I realized that I was in over my head. I called Ed at the recommendation of two friends who had become raving fans.”

– Amy Mingasson

When we first began working together, Ed established right away that he was not a therapist and not a consultant.

This alone helped me hone my own thoughts and focus on my words, which led to progress because it advanced the conversation past my fears very quickly. Working with Ed clarified my goals and actions step by step. Our partnership helped me accomplish many things - in a space of time far faster than I had dreamed, and for this I am grateful.

“My work with Ed cannot be qualified through words alone.”

– Matt Carasella

You would have to see the results because it is in the actions, practices, and projects that we devised together that I implemented and made the real changes. Personal change can be a difficult thing to gauge and almost unseen at times but when you see it for yourself, that’s when you know it’s happening and sometimes you need a coach like Ed to help you see.

It’s invaluable to have someone observe your progress from the “sidelines” and Ed’s style and personality blends together to make you feel like you are working with a really good friend who not only listens but directs you to find the solutions and best results. Ed’s distinguished gift as a coach is how he creates partnerships with his clients and his approachability makes me think about how the rails on a track keep the engine moving forward. I’ve covered a lot of ground with Ed after nearly a year and I’m more aware after our work together. We’ve made a great team and had a lot of success. I believe that the most important thing in mindfully leading your life is to take a look at what is pushing you forward, and which of your beliefs might be holding you back.
